Welcome to the Linton Hall School Parent Student Guild Page!  We are thrilled to have a section on the LHS website where we can share all the good news from our efforts this year!

We wish a special welcome to all new families!  The Guild is here to help make your transition to LHS as smooth as possible.   Please let us know how we can help you!

To all our returning families, we thank you for attending events, participating in fund raisers, and volunteering in the past year or more.  Our success is because of you!!

BINGO:

This Friday, February 3rd. Doors open at 6 p.m. . Games begin at 6:30. Come and join us for some family fun!

Gala Tickets Available!

The Guild invites you to visit the Gala web page to view new, exciting details about the Gala on March 3, 2012 at Heritage Hunt from 6:30 – 11:00pm!  We are excited to offer two ticket options for the Gala:  A special pre-registration rate and a VIP ticket rate with bonus items!


GOLF TOURNAMENT:

The Guild is happy to announce that the Golf Tournament at Evergreen Country Club made close to $13,000!  We exceeded our expectations of making $10,000!  We are grateful to all our players and sponsors as you helped make this tournament a huge success!!

COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED!

Our Gala planning is underway and we need committee members for the following areas:

Acquisitions:  Securing items for the live or silent auction from local businesses and LHS families. Sponsorships & Advertising:  Securing sponsorships and advertising from local businesses and LHS families to help underwrite the costs of the Gala. We would love to have you join the fun of planning the Gala!  If you can assist in one or both of these areas, please contact Mary Stern at maryastern@gmail.com.


CREDITS FOR CHILDREN PACKET AND CREDITS FORM:
Thanks to all the LHS family for completing the Credits for Children form, the Volunteer Credit Form, and for your continued patience and cooperation as we implement this first-year online volunteer system.  For your benefit, quarterly reports for volunteer credits were distributed last week based on the credits/hours each family entered through the end of the first quarter. If you did not receive an email with your quarterly update, it is because no volunteer hours/credits have been logged yet. Keep logging your hours on an ongoing basis on the Volunteer Credit Form so that credit is given for time worked. Go to:  http://lintonhall.edu/guild/volunteering/credits-for-children Also, remember to log volunteer credits for donations made such as box top, attractions guide, etc. It all counts toward helping our school! Any feedback left on those forms is greatly appreciated and will help us in volunteer planning future events. Thank you!!
