Operations
The Guild will seek methods to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Guild Financial, Communication and Volunteer operations by:
- Developing a financial control system, developing budgets for all major Guild events, and reporting the Guild’s finances quarterly to the LHS community.
- Developing a communication plan, developing communication policies and procedures, developing and maintaining the Guild web page, and determining the best methods for using the LHS Facebook account, Poole’s Page, and flyers.
- Developing the Credits for our Children program in collaboration with the faculty and administration, achieving a 100% response rate for the Credits program, developing a credit tracking system, developing a volunteer recognition and appreciation program, and developing standard operating procedures for all events.
