Mission
The mission of the Linton Hall School Parent-Student Guild (LHS-PSG) is to promote and advance the welfare of the students through volunteer service, public relations, communications and fundraising. All these activities will be executed in a manner consistent with the high standards set by Linton Hall School and in harmony with the practices of the Benedictine Sisters of Virginia, Inc.
The Guild operates as a PTO would in other schools. However, there are no membership dues for the Guild. All parents are automatically members of the Guild. The Guild’s Executive Committee is comprised of parents/guardians of current LHS students and members of the faculty and staff.
The elected officers of the Guild’s Executive Committee include the President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Volunteer Coordinator, Parliamentarian, and At Large members. These officers, along with the School Principal and Faculty Liaison, form the LHS Guild Executive Committee.
A copy of the Guild’s By-Laws can be found here (Link to by-laws)
The Executive Committee meets monthly. All parents are welcome to attend the meetings!
We highly encourage you to share your thoughts, give ideas and support our cause: the children of Linton Hall.
