WE ARE ENDING THE FIRST QUARTER!!
Please ask your student to bring home their science journal to see their work. Please make sure that you stop by the middle school hallway when you are in the building for the bookfair or conferences and look at any science work on display.
7th and 8th grade has received a “Due Dates” schedule for Science Fair. (5th & 6th will receive their schedule in 3 – 4 weeks.)
7th & 8th Science Fair – Feb. 6 – 10 for judging and presentation and Feb.13 – 17 for displaying to family, friends, and students.
5th & 6th Science Fair – Mar. 12 – 16 for judging and presentation and Mar. 19 – 23 for displaying to family, friends, and students.
LHS SCIENCE FAIRS WILL BE LOCATED IN THE MULTIPURPOSE ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR THIS YEAR!!!
Consumable materials (plastic soda bottles, cups, cardboard, jars, straws, etc will be necessary as labs require. I will continue to ask for these items as they are needed. THANK YOU very much for providing these items as well as the much needed clorox wipes and paper towels….science can be messy!
