Fifties Fun just in time for the Linton Hall School Gala Coming April 16th
Tonight! A Night at the Museum Program 6:00pm-8:00pm in the Dining Room
Our Students, from Preschool to 8th grade, have been studying Visual Communications throughout the course of human history. Our own 7th and 8th graders will be your friendly and knowledgeable docents for the evening. Come and witness their discoveries in Art History. Gala tickets will also be made available.

Due to the unpredictable weather, unless otherwise specified, students are allowed to wear sweatpants to school on cold days.

The Chik-fil-A Egg hunt scheduled for this Saturday, has been moved to Saturday, April 16th.

Grandparent/Special Person Day at LHS
Our 3-day Little Sprouts will celebrate with their Grandparents/Special People on Monday, April 11 at 9:30-9:50 at preschool morning prayer.
Our 2-day and PreK Little Sprouts and K-8th grades will celebrate with their Grandparents/Special People on Friday, April 15 at 9:15am
- 9:15-9:25 Grandparent/Special Person Arrival, coffee and slideshow in gym
- 9:25 Welcome from Mrs. Poole and Sister Cecilia. Then staff will lead Grandparent/Special Person to visit classrooms where they will receive a classroom tour and card, Our guests will also want to take some time to visit the LHS Art Show in the cafeteria where art from preschool-8th grade will be represented and our upper school docents will be on hand to share some of the pieces
- 9:45 Announcement to have Grandparent/Special Person to head down to be seated in the gym
- 9:55 Welcome, Prayer, and Special Presentation by our preschoolers-8th grades
- 10:15 Coffee/Tea and refreshments for Grandparent/Special Person in gym
In order to have enough seating for all, please share an RSVP by April 5. Thank you.
GALA 2016
CALLING ALL PARENTS!!
Help your child win a pizza party/ice cream social/dress down day! All you have to do is buy a ticket to the upcoming gala!
The class with the most parent participation wins all three!!
Come on, put on those saddle shoes, blue jeans, poodle skirt and jackets and dance the night away at the LHS Gala 2016!

Our Little Sprouts
BT4E HOLIDAY MARATHON CONTEST WINNERS
Finally! The Boxtops (BT4E) Holiday Marathon Collection contest concluded at noon Friday, February 26; all valid boxtops are tallied, the computations checked and reconciled for the homerooms and for each and every one of the 77+ participating students.
We can now announce the 2nd grade is the TOP HOMEROOM with the most boxtops collected—830 boxtops—through February 26! Ms. Hook and her second grade students will be featured in the Linton Hall School 2015-2016 yearbook and receive a $100 VISA gift card.
Winning $50 VISA gift cards:
Mrs. Mason and her 6th grade homeroom class (395 boxtops)
Ms. Reid and her Little Sprouts Elephants (381 boxtops).
The TOP OVERALL INDIVIDUAL contributor winning the $100 VISA gift card is Emily Colangelo (1st grade); Emily collected 431 boxtops.

We are busily planning for Big Vehicle Day on April 21 from 9:30-12:30 and would love if anyone has any contacts to help us acquire some wonderful “big vehicles” for our kids to enjoy!
