Magazine Club Has Officially Launched!
Magazine Club had their very first meeting this week and it was a big one! This year Mrs. Holroyd asked the 4th Grade class to help her pilot the club with the hope that more classes will be a part of it next year!
Students chose their publishing jobs, received their official role badges (Writer, Editor, Photographer, Illustrator, Designer and more!), and began brainstorming ideas for the Spring Issue of
The Lynx Ledger...“Stories from Our Den.”
The excitement in the room was contagious as students claimed their roles and started imagining the stories, interviews, comics, poetry, and features that will soon fill our pages. This founding team is already working with creativity, collaboration, and so much pride.
We can’t wait to see their ideas come to life and to share the finished magazine with our community this spring. Stay tuned! The Lynx are ready to publish!

🐨 Koala Class Fun! 🐨
What a busy and exciting week in the Koala classroom! We learned all about Groundhog Day and explored light and shadows by playing with flashlights—so much curiosity and wonder! 🔦🌑
Our little artists stayed busy creating adorable crafts, and when the snow kept us off the playground, we made our own outdoor fun by dusting off 15 Little Tykes cars and driving them around a cleared track outside. Vroom vroom! 🚗❄️
We also took time to practice our Hail Mary prayer, filling our classroom with calm hearts and sweet voices. 💙🙏
Learning, play, faith, and lots of koala-sized joy—what a week! 🐨💫
