Highlighting our Good Samaritans 🏫 💫

5th Grade: Alicia A. and Sophia F. – Over the past few weeks, one of our classmates was not feeling well and needed a little extra kindness and support. Alicia and Sophia noticed and went out of their way to make sure their friend never felt alone. They ate lunch with them, included them in activities, and were always there to help however they could. Alicia and Sophia, thank you for showing us what it truly means to be a good friend. Your kindness, compassion, and willingness to include others are beautiful examples of what it means to be a Good Samaritan.

6th Grade: Louis S. – Louis has been a wonderful friend and a great example of what it means to be a Good Samaritan. When a classmate has needed some extra help getting to and from classes, he has been there to help carry items and serve as an elevator buddy. He steps in willingly and makes sure his friend has the help he needs. Just as importantly, Louis is always ready to make his friends laugh and cheer up the people around him. His kindness, helpfulness, and positive spirit make a real difference in our school community.

7th Grade: Ledji D., Mia P., and Lilly A. – These girls have truly gone above and beyond to make another student feel welcomed and valued at Linton Hall. From the first day, they stepped up as exceptional student ambassadors, proactively showing their friend the ropes during Mass, introducing her to classmates during lunch and recess, and ensuring she always has a friendly face to sit with. Their kindness, empathy, and natural leadership have made a world of difference. These wonderful actions highlight the very best of our student body’s character.

8th Grade: Hadley C. – Hadley brings a positive attitude to school each day and has a way of making others feel welcome and valued. She treats both teachers and fellow students with kindness and respect while displaying a bright smile. Whether it is offering encouragement, helping someone who is struggling, or simply being there for others, she consistently shows that small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Her commitment to serving others also extends into weekly Mass, as she has been willing to help train and advise younger students who want to be altar servers.
