🐨💛 Koala Class is off to an AMAZING start! 💛🐨
Our little Koalas have been busy settling into our classroom routines, learning and playing together, and building so many sweet new friendships! 🥰
We’ve been working hard on our fine motor skills to get those little hands ready as we begin learning our letters and numbers this week! ✏️🔤🔢 We also had so much fun meeting our 4th Grade Buddy Class and can’t wait for all the special memories we’ll make with our buddies this year!
Our classroom is already filled with lots of learning, laughter, and growing friendships. We have a feeling it’s going to be an AMAZING year in the Koala Class!❤️🐨❤️

Sister Louise surprised her Benedictine Buddies with acorns she collected!
She placed them on the plant with inspirational sayings attached with each child's name. Sister Louise plans to come back and show them how to take clippings from the plant so everyone can share a piece. Thank you Sister Louise, our 2nd graders were so excited! 🌱📚

Highlighting our Good Samaritans 9/10/2026 🏫✏️
Kindergarten: Noah G. ~ In the three short weeks we have been in school, Noah has made everyone around him feel loved and respected. He shows his caring heart by helping his classmates, using kind words, and always doing his very best. His curiosity and eagerness to learn are such a wonderful addition to our classroom.
1st Grade: Colton H. ~ My Good Samaritan award goes to a friend who is loving, kind and a hard worker. Colton was a friend in need to another student who was upset and missing his mom on the first few days of school.
2nd Grade: Dara B. ~ Dara has shown the true spirit of a Good Samaritan. During STEM class, when the students were asked to clean up their areas, Dara was the only student who immediately took responsibility for his space. He then went above and beyond by helping his classmates clean their areas as well. Dara showed kindness, responsibility, and a willingness to serve others without being asked. His thoughtful actions ar a wonderful example of how we can follow the example of the Good Samaritan and make a difference through simple acts of kindness.
3rd Grade: Quinn E. ~ Quinn comes to school each day ready to learn and do his very best. He is a model student who consistently demonstrates great behavior and a strong work ethic. He is such a positive example for others.
4th Grade (Bosch): Noah H. ~ Noah is always ready to lend a helping hand to classmates who are having a tough time with their assignments. He brings great enthusiasm to helping both his teachers and peers, while consistently staying on task and completing his work on time. He brings a kind and caring attitude to the classroom each day.
4th Grade (Grant): Carson I. ~ Carson comes to school each day ready to learn and ready to help. He is always prepared and never hesitates to lend a helping hand to his teachers or friends. Carson also has a great sense of humor and can always make us laugh with a good joke every now and then. When we visited our Koala Buddy Class, as soon as Carson spotted a buddy he knew he went right over to him and his little buddy’s face immediately lit up with excitement. That is Carson – he notices people, he cares about them, and he makes others feel important.
