Bobby loves pineapple on his pizza! I love lots of veggies on mine 🍕

Pineapple on pizza is the best!

Cheese for kids, pepperoni 🍕 for me

Allergic to pineapple, so I will stick with pepperoni and sausage on my pizza;)

Small but Mighty

As we get closer to the last day of school, our hearts are stirred by the inevitability of 8th grade graduation. It is truly a sentimental journey as we observe our 8th graders, this small but mighty group of eleven, become more and more eager to step into the future....

The Sound of Silence

Noise and school usually go hand in hand. Let’s face it, when you have nearly 300 children in one location, you are going to have noise, albeit, a joyful noise! However, if you are ever in the halls during Lent for arrival and dismissal, you will hear the distinct...

Where Everybody Knows Your Name

Oh my goodness, it’s Open House time here at Linton Hall School! This makes me very happy. Why, you ask? Because this is the time when we let our little light shine for all to see! In the fall of 2001, when our son was just 4 ½ years old, we showed up at Linton Hall...

A Beautiful Bouquet

I love a beautiful bouquet of mixed flowers! Now, I’m not saying that I would turn down a dozen red roses. But really, a vase full of a variety of colors, textures, and sizes tickles all the senses and is just more fun. So, you ask, why am I reflecting on flowers?...

A Snowy Promise

Here we are, the fourteenth day of March, and it’s a SNOW DAY! Countless ice cubes have been flushed, pajamas have been worn inside out, and spoons have been stashed under pillows since December…all to no avail – until now! Officially, the snow started to fall exactly...

Winter has at last come to an end. Spring has sprung and the promise of new beginnings is all around us! The week before our Easter Break, we experienced the new beginning of life in our middle school science class. Eggs in an incubator resulted in fourteen adorable...
